Acquire: module for document capture

The acquisition of documents is carried out through a central hub composed of Acquire modules (for hard copy documents) and Normalize (for electronic flows). Acquire is capable of acquiring hard copy documents by scanning and filing them without the use of bar codes. It allows for the acquisition of documents in grey scale or in color, with multipage management, attachments and front-back, and sees to filing them on a one-to-one basis. An interface of great productivity that can also be used with touch screens, it allows for the rapid and controlled acquisition of a high quantity of documents in extremely short time periods. 

Main Functions of Acquisition:

• Scanning of hard copy documents (various formats, front-back, attachments, etc.)
