Automatic Export

The Automatic Export module houses the main dialogue between the vertical system of IDOQ dematerialization automation and the ERP entry system. The document automation system interacts with the ERP system without any intervention on part of the operator, exchanging the entire information base necessary to guiding automatic entry. It detects any messages from the ERP system that report the causes of the transaction's not being entered, activating the Work Flow system (if set). If the registration is successful, it closes the transaction, updates the archive and activates the archive link. A.E. represents the real entry automaton that, unattended, completely executes thousands of entries and carries out all controls normally executed by company accountants.
