The IDOQ OMS covers the entire corporate SALES ORDER purchasing, reading, and entry process with its modules, entirely eliminating the flow of hard copies and reducing manual activity. The OMS System and the ECS 2.0 Platform integrate with the ERP programs (SAP certification) and the principal document systems and FAX systems. The system covers the entire corporate ORDER MANAGEMENT process, eliminating paper and drastically reducing allocation errors and optimizing manual activity for information entry (cutting over 60% of time and resources).

OMS Functions and Modules
- Multichannel Order Hub: automatic acquisition of the order sent to the client (FAX, MAIL, HARD COPY) and any multichannel order receipt response.
- Order List Management: management of the order lists to be processed with the option to address towards user clusters, etc.
- Page Fixing and Splitting: real time intervention on the document's structure with the option to split a document into 2 or more orders, delete or turn pages, mark an attachment, etc.
- Order Automatic Reading: automatic reading of the HEADING data (CLIENT, RECIPIENT, ORDER NUMBER, DATE, ETC...) through our DATA CAPTURE ENGINE on free form schemas without training.
- Order Automatic Reading: automatic reading of the data of ORDER BODY ITEMIZATION (PRODUCT NAME, QUANTITY, ORDER TYPE, DISCOUNT ON THE MERCHANDISE, ETC.) through our DATA CAPTURE ENGINE on free form schemas without the need for prior training.
- Order Validation: advanced ORDER VALIDATION system with computer aided information completion and correction functions (client and recipient search with autocompletion, signals and graphic indicators that guide data entry, real time dialogue with SAP system for updating databases, order list, etc.).
- Order Integration: automatic creation of the order in the SAP ERP system.
